I have a confession to make. For the longest time, I was running my creator agency the hard way. I was constantly logging in and out of different creator profiles, juggling a dozen passwords, and feeling completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with the messages for multiple models. It was a total nightmare. I thought to myself, there has to be a better way to do this.

Then, I was digging around in the platform's settings and stumbled upon something that completely changed my life. I found the built-in Fanvue CRM, officially known as the Fanvue management account.

manager

I honestly could not believe it. I felt like I had discovered a hidden goldmine. This feature is designed specifically for agencies and managers who are handling multiple creator profiles at the exact same time. It allows you to switch between different accounts effortlessly from one single, centralized login hub. No more logging out. No more juggling browser tabs.

If you are trying to scale an agency or manage a team of chatters, you absolutely need to use this. I decided to write down everything I learned. Here is my complete, simple, and skimmable tutorial on how to set up your Fanvue management account, how to add multiple models, how to onboard chatters, and the strict rules on what you can and cannot do.

What Exactly is the Fanvue Management Account?

Before I found this, I was basically sharing passwords with my team. That is incredibly risky and stressful. The Fanvue management account is a centralized dashboard built specifically for management teams.

Think of it as your master control room. It allows you to link multiple creators to your main agency profile, and then assign team members (like chatters) to help manage the workload. The best part? It comes with strict security barriers so your models stay protected.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Fanvue CRM Hub

The very first thing I had to do was create my master agency account. You cannot use a regular fan or creator account for this.

Here is exactly how I did it:

  1. Use a fresh email: I had to use a brand new email address that was never previously registered with Fanvue. This becomes the primary email for the agency.
  2. Go to the special link: I went directly to the manager signup page at fanvue.com/manager/signup.
  3. Look at the empty dashboard: After I signed up, my dashboard was completely empty. I panicked for a second, but then I realized this is totally normal because I had not linked any of my models yet!

Step 2: Linking Multiple Models to Your Account

Now came the fun partβ€”bringing my creators into the system. As an agency owner, you do not just add the models yourself. The models actually have to invite you. This keeps everything secure and consensual.

Here is the simple process I walked my creators through:

  1. I told my model to log into her normal creator account.
  2. I directed her to go to Settings, and then click on Management. (They can also go directly to fanvue.com/settings/connect-management).
  3. She entered my new agency manager email address and clicked the "Send Invite" button.
  4. Then, I checked my agency email inbox and found the confirmation link.

Crucial Warning: I learned the hard way that you must be logged into your Fanvue management account when you click that invite link in your email. If you are logged into a normal fan account, you will get a frustrating error.

I just repeated this process for every single creator I manage, and suddenly, they were all sitting beautifully in my master dashboard.

Step 3: How to Add Chatters to Your Team

If you are running an agency, you know that chatting is where the real money is made. But you cannot do it all yourself. You need to hire chatters. This Fanvue CRM makes adding team members surprisingly easy.

Here is how I added my chatters to the system:

  1. Chatters sign up normally: First, I told my chatters to go to the regular Fanvue signup page (fanvue.com/signup) and create a basic account. They should not use the manager signup link!
  2. I sent the invite: Once they had their basic accounts, I logged into my master Fanvue management account.
  3. The team member link: I went to fanvue.com/settings/manager/team-members and typed in the email addresses my chatters used to sign up.
  4. They accepted: My chatters received an email invite. I reminded them to log into their basic accounts before clicking the accept link.

Just like that, my chatters were plugged into the system and ready to sell!

A Massive Warning About Chatters and Multiple Accounts

As I was setting this up, I discovered a massive detail that you absolutely must know when learning how to use Fanvue for your growing business.

When you add a team member to your Fanvue management account, they automatically get access to ALL the creator accounts linked to your manager hub by default. This setup makes some people wonder is Fanvue legit for privacy, but it is completely safe once you understand how the system works.

If you have five models linked to your agency, your newly hired chatter will instantly see all five models. This is a big problem if you manage multiple Fanvue accounts and want to keep your business data and earnings separated.

If you want to restrict a chatter so they only see one specific model, you have to create a separate manager account entirely just for that specific creator, and then invite the chatter to that specific hub. It is a bit of a workaround, but it is super important for keeping your teams organized and private every time you create AI model for Fanvue.

Also, Fanvue currently only allows one manager account to be assigned per creator. If you have multiple head managers in your agency, the only workaround right now is to share the master manager login credentials. Learning these advanced agency tricks in an AI OnlyFans course is the best way to keep your team running smoothly and securely.

The Golden Rules: What You CAN and CANNOT Do

As I explored this system, I realized that Fanvue built some incredibly smart security walls. They designed this so that creators feel safe handing over access to an agency.

Here is the exact breakdown of what your team can and cannot do.

What your Chatters (Team Members) CAN DO:

  • They can access the main feed of the creator.
  • They can access and reply to direct messages (which is the whole point!).
  • They can view the content Vault.

What your Chatters CANNOT DO:

  • They cannot publish new content on the creator's feed. Their role is strictly limited to chatting and reviewing content.
  • They cannot delete content from the Vault.

What your Manager Account CANNOT DO: This is the most important part for creator trust. Even as the master agency manager, Fanvue locks you out of the sensitive stuff to protect the financial principal.

  • You cannot access payouts or withdraw earnings. The money is totally safe.
  • You cannot change the creator's account email or password.
  • You cannot delete the creator's account.

Scaling Even Further: The API

While the built-in management dashboard is amazing, I also discovered that for massive agencies, Fanvue offers API access. Some of the biggest tech-savvy creators and agencies use the Fanvue API to connect their accounts directly to massive external CRM software. This allows them to build custom metric dashboards, synchronize subscriber data, and automate routine tasks at a massive scale.

I am not quite at the level of building custom API software yet, but knowing it exists makes me so excited for the future of my business!

My Final Thoughts

Finding the Fanvue management account felt like a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders.

I no longer have to share sensitive passwords, I can easily monitor my chatters, and my creators feel 100% secure knowing that my team cannot touch their payout settings or steal their money. It is a highly professional, streamlined system.

If you are still managing your Fanvue agency by logging in and out of different browsers, you need to stop right now. Set up your manager account today, invite your models, onboard your chatters, and watch how much faster your business grows when everything is organized!
